I teach guitar (full-time) both at home and in a few local schools i.e, St. Francis Primary School, St. Pauls School, St. Micheal's School and Lismore Comprehensive School.

I have been playing guitar for 22 years and teaching now (full-time) for over 4 years.

As an RGT Registered Tutor, I take students through their guitar exams in both Electric and Acoustic Guitar from the very first basic grade/s and can now also take students through the more advanced grades right up to and including Grade 8 (Electric Guitar Only)

There are now 2 syllabuses one for Electric Guitar and one for Acoustic Guitar; both very well structured and geared toward the different playing attributes of each instrument - though it has to be said both are very different - even if you do not want to take an exam, studying from the books is well worth it and will enhance your skills in guitar music theory, lead playing, rhythm playing, fingerstyle and many other areas.
